Kristian Lützenkirchen (b.1977) is a German photographer born and raised in Mexico-City.

Currently lives and works in the Netherlands. 

This site is dedicated to photography, and not to the (post-production) process of sitting behind some software app and manipulating an image to compensate/correct for the limitations of the actual device which captures the photograph that is the camera.

The human eye’s dynamic range will never be matched by any camera. No camera is ever going to be able to see like we can see. They are limited. And this limitation is part of what capturing the essence of any given scene means.
